Stafford Technical Center’s Video and Multimedia Communications program partnered with Stafford’s Leadership and Marketing department to create an award-winning video on what entrepreneurship means to us.
The video, created for Vermont Entrepreneurship Week 2016’s visual media competition, won first place out of 66 entries. Nine students from the programs traveled to Montpelier Feb. 4 to receive the award from Vermont Lt. Gov. Phil Scott during the Vermont Entrepreneurship Day celebration at the State House.
The contest was supported by the US Small Business Administration, Vermont Technical College and the Vermont Small Business Development Center.
Students Logan Guyette, Dean Hatt, Rebecca Patch, Sofia Ruiz, Harrison Steever, and Shyanna Withington all received cash prizes for their participation.
