Cillo has been the Guidance Coordinator at Stafford Technical Center since the fall of 1999. She earned a B.A. in Psychology at Saint Anselm College in Manchester N.H., and an M.S. in Counseling at the University of Vermont. She has a variety of experiences in counseling and education including Rutland County Head Start Home Visitor, Northeastern Family Institute Case Manager and Residential Counselor, and Serenity House counseling intern.
