Getting Involved

Stafford Technical Center provides essential education to a broad spectrum of students—both young and adult—in part because of the excellence of its faculty and staff but also, in a large degree to the contributions of community members from all walks of life.

Some might participate as a member of the Regional Advisory Board which fills a critical role in helping to guide and advise STC on matters of program, outreach, and budget development. Others choose to help with various programs as members of advisory committees, assisting instructors in the development of curriculum or current practice. Still others bring their talent and experience into the classroom and assist educators with specific projects or to just share their knowledge. Some have become involved with the adult education programs as instructors.

However the community has chosen to become involved with Stafford, those contributions are a valuable resource to the school and those it serves.

So, what’s your talent or interest? Stafford provides a unique opportunity for those interested to become directly involved in the education of both our young and adult populations. If you would like to explore how you might be able to bring your talent, skills, and experience to STC, please contact Glenn Olson, Director. He’d be happy to talk to you.
