Every dish is not only rich in flavor and spices, it also uses all natural ingredients and is very nourishing. The diversity of dishes that Indian cuisine has to offer means that there is something for everyone to enjoy, no matter the meal or occasion. We present to you a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes from scrumptious appetizers to mouth-watering desserts with all kinds of texture and flavor. Over the course of 8 weeks, you can learn how to make a variety of Indian breads, nutritious rice dishes, an array of curries and so much more. “Eating is a necessity but cooking is an art”, so come join us to create some amazing masterpieces.

NOTE: The lab fee of $60 must be paid to the instructor on the first night of class.
