Due to concerns regarding the novel coronavirus and COVID-19 we have made the difficult decision to cancel all summer camps at Stafford this year.
Summer Arts and Technology Camp at Stafford Technical Center is designed for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. Participants will engage in many different activities each related to a specific area of arts or technology. Having the ability to work independently under the supervision of a skilled instructor is essential.

Arts and Tech Camp One week exploratory camp and campers will visit all areas over the course of one week.

Computer Animation: Do you like to draw? Like animation? Learn how to make an animation using Flash. You will design your own characters and backgrounds and see them move!
Nails in a Salon Setting: Cosmetology is one of the most rewarding businesses to be in. Your job is to make people happy and feel good about themselves every day. One of the sections of Cosmetology that is very popular in today’s society is nails – artificial nails, gel polish that lasts twice as long on natural nails, and basic manicures.
Plumbing: Explore the tools and skills used in the plumbing and heating industry. Campers will have hands on experiences in our plumbing lab
Yeast Breads & Desserts: Do you like to explore with your taste buds? Well now is your chance to explore breads, pizzas, calzones, and desserts. You will have fun creating delicious foods that will be both a work of art to your eyes as well as your tummy!
Auto Technology: Ever wonder what happens under the hood, or under the body of a car? What’s in there, what does that light on the dash mean? Explore some time in the garage to learn the basics of automotive technology.
Natural Resources: Explore the outdoors with our Natural Resources teacher to learn what is involved in the local flora and fauna!
Engineering: What exactly is engineering and what can be done with “cutting edge technology”?
Construction Tech: Explore the skills and tools needed to work in the construction industry
Auto Body: : Explore the skills and tools needed to work in the wide field of Auto body Repair. Dings, dents, and paint are just some of the topics covered in this lab.
Health Careers: : What kinds of jobs are available in the medical fields? What kinds of skills do you need to get one of those jobs? Explore out health lab and investigate skills and jobs.
