Bob Young, President and CEO of Central Vermont Public Service Corporation, was the featured speaker at Stafford Technical Center’s annual Legislative Breakfast. Young spoke about Stafford’s collaboration with the CVPS solar array project and was presented with Stafford Regional Advisory Board’s Business/Education Partnership Award by Director Lyle Jepson for their Exemplary Service to the Community.
