Dave Wolk, President of Castleton State College, was the recent keynote speaker at Stafford Technical Center’s bi-annual Media/Business Luncheon. Wolk spoke about how the ongoing development at Castleton and the new construction have been positve catalysts for economic growth in the Rutland region.
