On October 12th, Stafford Technical Center’s Chapter of the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America ( FCCLA) installed new officers for the 2009-2010 school year. The following students were elected to serve as officers: President-Sara Graham (Rutland High School), Vice-President/Parliamentarian-Mercedes LaPlant (Proctor High School), Secretary/Reporter-Alyssa Hartwell (Rutland High School), Treasurer-Charlena Breon (West Rutland High School), and Historian-Nikki Broadwell (Rutland High School). After the installation, the FCCLA members enjoyed a pot luck dinner with their families. The officers will attend a leadership conference in Washington DC on November 13 and 14.
