After a very busy week with service in The Dollhouse, the students were treated to a hot wing challenge from the IT department. There were 10 different wing toppings, ranging from buffalo sauce to homemade dry rubs and a mustard-based option. Each student’s job was to see how far they could get in the challenge, aiming for level 10, the hottest, while experiencing flavors and textures along the spicy ride. This experience will give them the knowledge and vocabulary to describe spiciness. Note: this was not mandatory and any student could stop at any given time.
