This week, students really challenged their skills! Each student was assigned a photo to replicate. This cosmetology haircut and hair-coloring project is designed to help students develop the practical skills and confidence needed in a professional salon environment. Through hands-on practice, students learn proper sectioning, cutting techniques, and color application while also focusing on client consultation, sanitation, and time management. By simulating real salon experiences, this project prepares students to deliver quality services, communicate effectively with clients, and meet industry standards, setting a strong foundation for success in a salon career.
