Miss Gayle has been with the RCPS since 2017.  Beginning as the Volunteer/Event Coordinator at the Rutland Intermediate & Middle School, she soon added to her title as Family Engagement Liaison and Drop out Prevention Mentor.  She was instrumental in helping our RCPS students & families in times of need, by working with local organizations with Coats for Kids, Thanksgiving Baskets, Adopt-A-Family, Toys Under The Tree, WSYB Christmas Fund, Mentor Connector, Stuff a Bus and many more.  In 2021, Miss Gayle moved to the Middle School as the Planning Room ParaEducator and Attendance/Truancy position.  With these positions, she was very engaged with our RCPS families.

In March of 2022, Miss Gayle was proud to accept the position of the Main Office Secretary & Attendance at Stafford Technical Center.  Once again, she really enjoys working with all the wonderful staff, students and their families at STC.

Her favorite things to do are spending time with her husband, Tom, and their children and 13 grandchildren…..yes, 13!! Her hobbies are teaching dance, crocheting, motorcycling, community service and getting every moment she can on the beach.
