The Student Craft Corporation is involved in building homes from foundation to finish. These “spec” houses are built over a two year period with the same quality as professional builders. At completion they are put on the market and sold for the purpose of reinvestment. The Electrical/Plumbing program also participates in the Student Craft Corporation by providing the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) work. They install the high level energy efficient products that help lead to a 5-star energy rated house.
